The team is distributed in CIS, Georgia, Serbia and others.

Project-AI is seeking an outstanding Marketing Manager to help growing of the base of product users. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in influencing how people create and engage with visual content.
You are a good fit for this role if:
You are a good fit for this role if:
- You are persuasive and able to convince potential partners.
- You have a problem-solving attitude and are able to complete challenges successfully.
- You prefer to influence decisions rather than blindly completing tasks.
- You are a trend seeker and have accounts in different networks for different content personalization.
- You have at least B2 level of written and spoken English, as you will need to communicate frequently with partners.
- You are comfortable working with NSFW content (e.g. here)
We need an out-of-the-box thinker who will come up with ways to attract organic traffic and will promote the company product using non-standard solutions. As a part of the company pro-active team you will:
- Search for partners for various collaborations (subreddits, Discord channels, websites, and Twitch channels).
- Manage social media marketing (SMM) on Discord, Reddit, Tumblr, DeviantArt, and Instagram.
- Optimize the site for SEO.
- Engage in situational marketing by tracking trends on social networks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with marketing agencies, content creators, influencers.
- Conduct post-mortem analyses to quantify the impact of each campaign and measure the effectiveness of each tactic
- 3+ years of experience in marketing.
- Experience in working with partners, from cold contact to successful case.
- B2 (or higher) level of written and spoken English.
- Experience in Reddit and Discord.
