Who we are looking for
We are seeking a full-time talented UX/UI designer to join our product team. You'll be working on the intersection of user research, interaction design and user flow analytics to leave your footprint in every part of our mobile app.
The current team consists of eleven smart minds as well as four experienced supporting tech-founders from Berlin & New York. We are backed by several startup scholarships as well as our trusted team of top-tier European business angels.
The upcoming months will be extremely exciting and fast-paced. And we want you to join our squad!

Requirements
What you'll do:
- Contribute to building the vision of Prematch in a close relationship with the Product Manager.
- Use different exploratory tools and methods to identify real user problems. You will work closely with our research team to deep dive into your topics and conduct usability tests to validate your designs.
- Build smart, scalable and consistent end-to-end experiences
- Create design documentation and high fidelity prototypes for sharing your work with both new and informed stakeholders.
- Work closely with a small cross-functional team that has a strong design culture and focus on research.
- Proven track record of designing UX on mobile and web apps
- You have already gained at least 3 years of professional experience as a UI/UX designer
- Strong creative mind always on the lookout to spontaneously suggest new projects & solutions
- Deep appreciation for elegant and thoughtful design with an obsession for details
- Experience with user research and product discovery techniques
- You embrace change, are able to take a step back, prioritize, and focus on added-value tasks
- Excellent communication in English and/or German
- You are humble, and you enjoy sharing & learning from others

What the process stages are
- 1st Intro Chat with one of our team managers (20min, clarify basics, get to know each other informally, share information about Prematch and the position/role).
- 2nd Founder Chat depending on which team you join (45min).
- 3rd Short Challenge (~2 hours, depends on team and role).
- 4th Culture Chat (60-90min, discuss the challenge, deep discussion about the role, get to know the team. Best done in conjunction with lunch if possible).
- 5th Challenge talk with one of the three founders Niklas (Product), Lukas (Business) or Fiete (Tech) (30min).
