Required Qualifications

  1. 2+ years of full-time hands-on experience in a professional setting doing QA automation.
  2. 2+ years of full-time hands-on experience with SQL.
  3. 1+ years of software development experience.
  4. Upper-intermediate to fluent speaking and writing English.
  5. Professional hands-on experience with Python.
  6. Hands-on experience with JSON data structures.
  7. Experience developing and writing queries for RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
  8. Experience working with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams.
  9. Strong communication and collaboration skills, being able to communicate across all levels of the organization.
  10. Passionate about well-crafted, high-quality code that is built to scale.
  11. Create systems and automated tests to ensure the quality of our platform.
  12. Write clear, concise Test Cases.
  13. Identify, record, document thoroughly, track bugs, create and perform thorough regression tests.
  14. Participate in the monitoring of our standard quality metrics.
  15. Follow best practices established by the team to ensure quality and timely delivery. A continuous deployment mindset.
  16. Someone who thrives in a faced pace evolving company and is able to embrace change to drive the product forward.

Nice to haves

  1. Experience with AWS Lambda (or GCP Cloud Functions, or Azure Functions, or similar).
  2. 1+ years of DevOps experience.
  3. Deep understanding of automated testing, ability to set up automated testing frameworks, testing architecture, data seeding, mocking, and implementing best testing practices.
  4. Knowledge of Runtime and memory complexity using Big O notation.
  5. Technical leadership experience.
  6. Team management experience.
