Who we are looking for
Tealium is seeking a motivated, high performing Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing team! The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays an integral role in supporting the recruiting team and contributing to the overall success of the business. You'll work closely with our ATS (Workday), candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and other HR professionals in support of Tealium's hiring needs, while ensuring we provide an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. This is a great opportunity for a team player who is passionate about Talent Acquisition, enjoys problem solving, helping with candidates while assisting operationally, and works well in a fast-paced environment.This role will assist our team globally and must be available to work Monday through Friday from 7 pm to 3 am Minsk time.
Your day to day
  • Partner closely with our HR team, recruiters, hiring managers, and staffing agencies while providing an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Support multiple Recruiters with job postings on career sites, scheduling interviews, deploying offer letters, and assisting with gathering data and compiling into reports/presentations.
  • Participate and provide analytical support in design, development, and implementation of recruitment projects and programs (e.g., tracking, reporting, etc.).
  • Assist with enhancing our ATS (Workday) and maintaining data to make it more efficient and provide a positive user experience.
  • Source talent via LinkedIn, Boolean searches, social media, internet job boards, industry groups, and other creative search techniques, and provide weekly sourcing updates.
  • Provide updates to candidates regarding their applicant status. Be the point-of-contact to potential applicants by providing information and responding to questions in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work on special projects that advance the goals of the Talent Acquisition Team.

Requirements
  • You have minimum 1 year' experience in Human Resources/Talent Acquisition or related experience.
  • You are proficient in English (at least В2+).
  • You must be available to work from 7 pm to 3 am Monday through Friday Minsk time.
  • You are experienced in working with ATS (Workday preferred).
  • You are highly organized with the ability to balance supporting the team and candidates in a high-volume, fast paced environment.
  • You are self-starter with strong ownership skills, willing to go above and beyond your job description, resourceful in hunting for information and unafraid to ask questions.
  • You are solution orientated, enjoy thinking strategically outside the box of how we can improve processes and be more efficient.
  • You are able to communicate (verbally and written) effectively with multiple levels of leadership in a professional manner.
  • You are able to build positive and productive personal and professional relationships.
