Who we are
The Luxembourg company G•CORE LABS is looking for a Sales Development Lead to help the company build new and innovative products that in turn will run on a globally distributed company's infrastructure.

The company's core goals are to provide global low latency and reliable high availability services.

G•CORE LABS
has over 140 points of presence, including more than 15 unique cloud locations, and over 25 data centers with servers available for order around the world.

The projects are actively scaling. The plans for 2022 include the development of infrastructure in Asia, Africa, Western and Eastern Europe, and Latin America.

And they are looking forward to welcoming new team members on board!



Requirements
  • Knowledge of the hosting, CDN, Video, Cloud industries is a bonus
  • Ability to work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process
  • Proven inside sales & CRM experience
  • Strong administration skills and experience dealing with multiple inbound inquiries per day
  • Handling customer inquiries promptly and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Advanced proficiency working HubSpot.com (CRM)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English (Russian/German/Spanish/Portuguese/French languages are advantageous)
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • CRM Reporting & Analysis
Responsibilities
  • Lead qualification management; responsibility of re-assigning new inbound (qualified) sales leads
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements and replying with required information/documentation
  • Updating HubSpot, G-Cores CRM system; Assigning qualified opportunities (above Euro 200 MRR) to the appropriate Sales Managers for further development and closure
  • Process online inquiries (incl. intercom) and update the CRM system (HubSpot) to reflect the lead status for each prospect
