The Luxembourg company G•CORE LABS is looking for a Procurement support specialist to join their internal Infrastructure team

The company's core goals are to provide global low latency and reliable high availability services.

G•CORE LABS
has over 140 points of presence, including more than 15 unique cloud locations, and over 25 data centers with servers available for order around the world.

The projects are actively scaling. The plans for 2022 include the development of infrastructure in Asia, Africa, Western and Eastern Europe, and Latin America.

And they are looking forward to welcoming new team members on board!



Requirements
  • Experience in SAP and Jira
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Basic understanding of server and network hardware
  • Experience of interaction with hardware vendors
  • General understanding of purchasing workflow
Will be a plus
  • Well-organised, creative, persistent, quality and result driven
  • Ability to work with a number of simultaneous activities
  • Desire to develop in procurement sphere
  • Fluent English
Responsibilities
  • Working with purchase requests and adding related info in corporate ERP system.
  • Performing goods receipt in task tracking and ERP systems.
  • Working with contracts and other documents – organise signing inside the company and exchange with suppliers.
  • Interacting with Finance team – request payments in accordance with contracts and control payment deadlines.
  • Receiving invoices and processing according to internal workflow.
  • Dealing with RMA cases – organise hardware return and perform necessary paperwork.
  • Tracking ongoing deliveries and updating related task to inform other teams about possible changes.
