The Luxembourg company G•CORE LABS is looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Lead Business Analyst who wants to participate in delivery of our products. Product platform is a framework of business processes, policies and technologies which facilitates the management of essential business entities e.g. user access, customer onboarding flow, RBAC, api tokens, notification, billing, anti-fraud measures, external integrations, etc. Product platform makes it possible for both, clients and staff, to interact with all Gcore products and third party services.

The company's core goals are to provide global low latency and reliable high availability services.

The company was founded in 2011, Experts in creating high-load systems began designing a new global network infrastructure. At the moment there are more than 400 people in the company, it has offices in Luxembourg, Germany, Lithuania, Serbia, and Georgia. Offices are scheduled to open in Poland and the Asia-Pacific region: Singapore and the Philippines.

G-core has over 140 points of presence, including more than 15 unique cloud locations, and over 25 data centers with servers available for order around the world.

We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst to create and lead the processes in development & product teams to make one of the best product platform in Europe.

In this role your daily routine will include:

• Defining requirements and acceptance criteria for engineers and designers.
• Keeping communication with internal customers, development team, and designers at all stages of projects.
• Managing internal product documentation, creating new articles, and updating existing ones.
• Transferring knowledge to a support team and marketing teams.
• Participating in the acceptance of functionality when it is ready.
• Analyzing and introducing best practices in product design and UX.
• Build, implement and develop BA processes and practices in the department.
• Grow skills of one's colleagues through mentoring, knowledge sharing and lead by example techniques.

• 3+ years experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of Russian language.
• Strong writing and communication abilities;
• Ability to systemize any information and clearly explain the idea using flowcharts, diagrams, and tables;
• Following agile manifesto principles.

Nice to have:

• Experience with B2B web application development.
