The Luxembourg company G•CORE LABS is looking for a proactive solution-focused HR Director/VP to be part of the executive team in the company, and work closely with other VPs and directors to prioritize business goals, employee retention, and effective organizational structure.

The company was founded in 2011, Experts in creating high-load systems began designing a new global network infrastructure. At the moment there are more than 400 people in the company, it has offices in Luxembourg, Germany, Lithuania, the USA, and Georgia. Offices are scheduled to open in Poland and the Asia-Pacific region: Singapore, the Philippines.

G-core has over 140 points of presence, including more than 15 unique cloud locations, and over 25 data centers with servers available for order around the world.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for a competent Human Resources Director/VP to direct and oversee the company's HR plans in ways that support company's mission and overall strategy. As an HR Director at G-core Labs you will have a chance to develop company's HR strategies to ensure all HR operations are in order and efficient.

Major responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define the organization's long-term mission and goals; identify ways to support this mission through talent management.
  • Identify key performance indicators for the organization's human resource and talent management functions; assess the organization's success and market competitiveness based on these metrics.
  • Research, develop, and implement competitive compensation, benefits, performance appraisal, and employee incentive programs
  • Provide guidance and leadership to the human resource management team; assist with the resolution of human resource, compensation, and benefits questions, concerns, and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with employment, benefits, insurance, safety, and other laws, regulations, and requirements.
  • Maintain knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices in employment law, human resources, and talent management.
  • Draft and implement the organization's staffing budget and the budget for the human resource department.
  • Development and management of a Human Resources Information System(s)
  • Performs other duties as assigned FY CEO/COO
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Masters or law degree highly preferred.
    • At least eight years of human resource management experience preferably in an IT company required:
      • with strategic, talent management, and/or business development experience highly preferred
      • within an international company with at least 3 international legal entities and fast growth (from 200/500 employees to 750+ employees)
      • with at least 6 internationally located direct reports under management
    • Leadership and management skills; the ability to involve and inspire people to accomplish common goals.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skillsin English (French, German, and Russian languages will be a benefit).
    • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
    • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
    • Knowledge of and experience with varied human resource information systems.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
    • Ability to come up with well-grounded solutions and take decisions
