The Luxembourg company G•CORE LABS is looking for an E-mail Marketing Manager who will help G-Core Labs to receive the benefits of an e-mail marketing channel.
The company's core goals are to provide global low latency and reliable high availability services.
G•CORE LABS has over 140 points of presence, including more than 15 unique cloud locations, and over 25 data centers with servers available for order around the world.
The projects are actively scaling. The plans for 2022 include the development of infrastructure in Asia, Africa, Western and Eastern Europe, and Latin America.
As part of the G-Core Labs team, you will execute email campaigns, build a segmented contact base, drive user engagement and conversion, and create consistent communications with external and internal stakeholders trying to accomplish the following goals:

- Quick and easy email blast preparation for emergent news items
- Consistent communications with the current customers and platform users
- Carefully segmented contact audience
- Getting low-cost leads from an email marketing channel

As an E-mail Marketing Manager you will utilize email communication tools and all your knowledge to drive engagement of the continuously growing user base of G-Core. As an E-mail Marketing Expert in the usage of email communications and developing marketing strategies and distribution techniques you will execute campaigns that successfully engage customers and ultimately drive profit by effectively converting them to paying users.

- Create end-to-end email marketing campaigns, assess their efficiency using analytics tools and suggest improvements accordingly
- Create texts for one-time email blasts, monthly digests, welcome letters, etc.
- Ensure mobile-friendly email templates
- Create email letters and series using the drag and drop editing tool within ESP
- Maintain and improve email production and approval processes
- Work closely with CRM, product marketing, and support teams to ensure seamless and consistent customer communications
- Work closely with marketing and PR teams to maintain and improve the company's communication policy
- Establish marketing automations: welcome email series and trigger emails
- Coordinate and maintain the current database of contacts
- Build customer segments and set up A/B tests
- Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts
- 3+ year of experience in email marketing (including the creation of end-to-end marketing campaigns)
- Experienced user of email service provider tools or customer communication platforms
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail and ability to learn
- Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills
- Knowledge of Google Analytics
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Fluent in English
- Expertise with A/B and multivariate testing methods
- Passion for marketing technology and process automation
- Knowledge of cloud/network technologies
- Knowledge of basic HTML and CSS
