Who we are and who we are looking for
A leading mobile gaming company with over 35 million monthly active users is looking for a talented C# Server Tech Lead to work on one of its games.

The company takes care of the relocation process to Poland and offers an extended relocation package.

A few words on our game

  • the game client is written in Unity, backend in .NET
  • high-load project
  • microservice architecture
  • fresh and modern technology stack
What you will do
  • Participate in building new features from scratch (high-level estimations, HLD, SDD, control progress, delivery and support)
  • Establish strategy and development pipelines
  • Being a technical leader for the groups of professionals
  • Manage people from technical perspective (development plans, feedbacks)
  • Collaborate with engineers, tech leads, architects, PO to identify short-term and long-term tasks
  • Being first contact point to group manager and team leads for all server-side questions and problems
  • Participate in solving production incidents, tickets from support
  • Review implementations for matching to coding guidelines & architecture
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managed programming, with a significant background in server-side .Net development
  • 5+ years experience in architecting and implementing scalable, distributed and highly available systems
  • Deep understanding of database technologies (NoSQL databases such as Aerospike, Redis, MongoDB and relational databases such as MySQL or MariaDB or MSSQL) and message brokers like Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ
  • Experience with Microservices programming pattern
  • Experience in writing technical design documents
  • Knowledge of asynchronous programming
  • Experience with SCRUM (Agile) methodology
  • Leadership experience
  • Ability and desire to learn and explore new technologies
  • English: Intermediate or higher
