Gcore is headquartered in Luxembourg with offices in Germany, Lithuania, Poland, Georgia, Serbia, and Cyprus with a plan to expand.
The mission is to make the web faster, more reliable, and secure, and Vision is to build easy-to-use, innovative, global, and secure edge computing solutions.
Gcore built its own global infrastructure on all continents (over 140 nodes in reliable Tier 3 data centers) with the best CDN performance in Europe. Essential features 140+ points of presence 11,000+ partners 75+ Tbps total network capacity 30 ms average response time worldwide API-friendly control Easy integration with Terraform Responsive technical support 24/7.

You will be a part of CDN team which develops our Proxy Caching server. This server is able to handle very high load and we need to care about its performance.
You will be a part of CDN team which develops our Proxy Caching server. This server is able to handle very high load and we need to care about its performance.
- Improving efficiency of our cache purge
- Loading clients settings instantly
- Servering more than 100k clients domains on one server
- About 4 years in Software development and at least 3 year of С
- You understand internals of TCP
- You have worked with Nginx previously as a user (ideally you have looked through it's source code)
- You are interested in new protocols and like to read RFCs
- You had some experience with Lua
