We are looking for a Business Development manager to develop and execute strategic plan for the territory with targeted growth of revenue and profit.

- Implement long term international expansion strategy on defined markets (Dubai);
- Participate in key markets identification;
- Provide extensive knowledge of markets conditions (competitors, revenue potential, digital development, trends, etc);
- Seek, approach and pitche best partners for each market;
- Negotiate and close business deals with selected partners.
- Wide relevant experience;
- Fluent English (C2);
- You Must be in Dubai (mentally and culturally, you are close to the audience we will be creating content for);
- Experience in networking and attracting b2b partners.
- Annual corporate trip to Cyprus;
- Extended bonus system (birthday bonuses, corporate gifts, annual bonus);
- No tough decisions and no toxic people in the team;
- Working in the company where core values are mutual support and openness.
- Meet & Greet call with Tree Foundation team;
- Interview with founder;
- Test assignment;
- Interview with the team.
