Who we are looking for
We're looking for an experienced software engineer to help shape the future of edTech for children together with us. As our user base grows, so does our backend and it is time to start redesigning it to prepare for millions of users across all of Europe.

What you'll do

  • Shape the future of our backend together with all teams and break it down into a technical roadmap with initiatives in the team backlogs.
  • Make sure current work is consistent and aligned with the aforementioned vision.
  • Assist our teams with catching future problems early on in the dev process.
  • Mentor developers in making more and better decisions.
  • Pitch in where needed to solve difficult technical challenges.
Requirements
  • Fluent English and strong communication skills. You enjoy painting the future and communicating your vision clearly.
  • Enjoy breaking down complex problems into small deliverables that meet both business and developer goals.
  • Curious mindset and not afraid of challenging status quo.
  • Experience with scalable architecture and deploying that on modern Cloud providers (AWS, Google Cloud, etc) using Docker.
  • Genuine interest in helping others to grow and in teaching and mentoring devs in techie subjects.

  • Quality mindset, preferably with experience from automated testing and ideas about how to do it efficiently.

    1. English Assessment and screening session with Tri Foundation team.
    2. Meet&Greet interview (cultural fit) with the head of the Tech Department.
    3. Practical code task for 2-3 hours.
    4. Technical interview with the Albert technical team.
    The whole process usually takes no longer than 2 weeks.
