The Luxembourg company G•CORE LABS is looking for a Business Analyst, an enthusiastic and highly motivated professional to create and lead the processes and make its products even better and the work in net even quicker
The company's core goals are to provide global low latency and reliable high availability services.
The company was founded in 2011, Experts in creating high-load systems began designing a new global network infrastructure. At the moment there are more than 400 people in the company, it has offices in Luxembourg, Germany, Lithuania, the USA, and Georgia. Offices are scheduled to open in Poland and the Asia-Pacific region: Singapore and the Philippines.
G-core has over 140 points of presence, including more than 15 unique cloud locations, and over 25 data centers with servers available for order around the world.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for a Business Analyst to create and lead the processes in development & product teams to make one of the best CDN in Europe.
In this role your daily routine will include:
In this role your daily routine will include:
- Defining requirements and acceptance criteria for engineers and designers;
- Keeping communication with internal customers, development team, and designers at all stages of projects;
- Managing internal product documentation, including organizing the documentation, creating new articles, and updating existing ones;
- Transfer knowledge of the product to the support team and marketing teams;
- Holding trainings for internal teams;
- Participating in the acceptance of functionality when it is released;
- Сreating a comparative analysis with competitors.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in a similar position;
- Knowledge of Russian language.
- Strong writing and communication abilities;
- Ability to systemize any information and clearly explain the idea using flowcharts, diagrams, and tables;
- Basic understanding of development processes and agile methodologies
- Experience in the telecommunications industry or B2B web application development;
- Understanding of HTTP and HLS protocols, DNS, API, CDN;
